They were fantastic. Driver place the 30yd canister perfectly (I had cones out) and called me to confirm. Joe, at the office, was able to help with a few specific needs. And after pickup, the driver cleaned around the can!

Joe was incredibly helpful and patient, as it took about two weeks for me to get scheduling worked out. Day of delivery, David called to let me know he was on his way and I could also track his location in real time. Same with when he picked up. Used DGR for the first time this past weekend. Entire experience was smooth from the dispatch/scheduling to the driver calling to ensure they dropped it in the right spot. Was dropped off and picked up at the times promised. And the tracking app was a very nice feature to be able to place a dumpster on the map where you want it. Very modernized operation.
